At B-Tex, we don’t chase inches—we chase integrity in our herd.
A true Texas trophy isn’t just about big antlers—it’s about age, body condition, and strong genetics. That starts long before hunting season. We track bloodlines, monitor growth from yearlings to maturity, and only harvest bucks once they’ve hit their peak.
Here’s what we look for:
- Mature age
- Symmetry, tine length, and mass
- Proven bloodlines with strong traits
- Clean bill of health and herd contribution
We use scoring systems, but we never let numbers override stewardship. A true trophy is earned through management, not manipulation. That’s the B-Tex way.
